Our story begins on 8 September 1989 where Instant Scaffolds (SEA) Pte Ltd took over the business of Instant Scaffolds Far East Ltd, a branch of a US company, UpRight Inc. UpRight Inc. now known as Instant UpRight is a global provider of access solutions, manufacturing and supplying the world’s leading INSTANT alloy tower system and custom engineered scaffolding access solutions for the Aviation, Power Generation and Industrial markets. They sold the powered access equipment division to Tanfield Group Plc, a listed company in the UK in 2006.
UpRight Powered Access now known as Snorkel manufactures self-propelled aerial work platforms such as articulated / telescopic / trailer-mounted boom lifts, scissor lifts, mast lifts and portable personnel lifts for the world market. All these products meet or exceed applicable international safety and quality standards, e.g., BS1139, HD1004, ANSI, OSHA, prEN280, etc.
In 2000, we changed our name to Instant Access Systems Pte Ltd to better represent what we do as we increase our range of products and services. To date, we have completed numerous scaffolding aircraft docking systems for the major airlines in the region (e.g. Singapore Airlines, Singapore Aerospace, Malaysia Airlines, Philippines Airlines), as well as projects for the construction, M&E and petrolchemical industries, etc. We have also commissioned various access equipment to the hospitality, manufacturing and many other industries. As an ISO9001 & ISO45001 certified company, we are confident to meet all the stringent requirements of our customers and regulatory bodies.

Instant Access Systems Pte Ltd was incorporated on 8 September 1989 to take over the business of Instant Scaffolds Far East Ltd, a branch of a US company, UpRight Inc. The latter was established in 1983 in Singapore to market the complete range of UpRight access equipment products
